May/June: Elderflower wine
X1 gallon, which I have bottled and labelled and it’s tastes yummy.
July: Blackcurrent wine.
x1 gallon, which is fermenting nicely in the demijohn.
August: Plum wine.
Mixture of Victoria and yellow plums that I am starting off today...
September: I’m going to mix Blackberries and Eldercurrant. That’s just the Sloes left for October to make Sloe Gin....
